SMS Data Collection and Use

When you opt in to Journiful Trip Notifications, we collect your phone number and a record of your consent (including the date, time, and version of the disclosure you agreed to). This data is used solely to send you transactional SMS messages related to your Journiful account and trip activity.

Your phone number and opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with:

• Service providers — trusted third parties such as Twilio (SMS delivery), cloud hosting providers, and analytics services that help us operate Journiful

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@journiful.com. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Children's Privacy

Journiful is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
